Insoglio del Cinghiale
山豬超級托斯卡納紅酒 (2018)

義大利酒產區分類中，有一個等級IGT(Indicazione Geografica Tipica)，是在DOCG與DOC等下，餐酒之上，但這個等級中卻出過頂級的葡萄酒款，只因為這些超級釀酒師不願意照個義大利法規的品種、比例、釀法去做，為了最好的品質，酒款只能掛上IGT，他們也心甘情願，這樣的癡狂，讓他們的酒款成為義大利最有名也是最貴的酒款之一，當中最有名的又被稱為「超級托斯卡尼」。

Lodovico Antinori就是做出天王Ornellaia的釀酒師，他與哥哥Piero Antinori都是義大利天才釀酒師的代表性人物，他在2002卻將Ornellaia售出，另外成立了Tenuta di Biserno酒莊，就是因為他非常看好Bibbona村的風土，甚至有人說可比擬Saint Emilion或是Pomerol。價格卻只有Ornellaia的四分之一不到，讓這隻山豬一炮而紅。

日本漫畫中曾詳細的介紹這款酒，甚至說有與Le Pin PK的實力，奶油般的滑順口感，可可、咖啡、菸草、香蕉、櫻桃、芒果的誇張層次享受，帶著焦糖般的甘苦尾韻。

Lush, dark raspberry, blackberry and cassis flavors are framed by refined tannins in this polished, concentrated red. Squarely in the modern style, yet harmonious and suave. Fruit, spice and mineral elements intertwine on the finish. Drink now through 2012. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. –BS

The 2009 Insoglio del Cinghiale is a gorgeous wine laced with expressive red fruit, silky tannins and exceptional overall balance. Hints of mocha, espresso, spices and licorice add mid-palate sweetness and considerable complexity. This is a terrific effort and one of the finest wines being made in Bolgheri in its price range. The 2009 Insoglio is 32% Syrah, 31% Cabernet Franc, 32% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, vinified and aged predominantly in steel, with 20% French oak during the malos and 40% French oak for aging. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019.
