勃根地伯恩市最好的小農酒莊！

Albert Morot 於1820年在Beaune 丘開始收購葡萄並生產葡萄酒，但是經過了根瘤蚜蟲毀掉了葡萄藤後，他便重新修建了古堡Chateau de Cresusotte，擁有了自己的葡萄園，並出產只屬於自己葡萄園的酒。2000年Geoffrey 接管了Choppin de Janvry，他是Albert Morots 孫子的大侄子，由此看來已經莊主歷經五代了。他們都只有一個目的就是為了保持傳統釀造工藝以及對風土的尊重。

酒莊擁有8公頃葡萄園。葡萄藤大約都是40年，全部手工採摘葡萄，綠色採收過程，進行自然發酵，然後放在新法國橡木桶中陳釀16個月，不經過過濾就裝瓶了。酒莊的兩款伯恩丘一級園堪稱為伯恩丘紅酒經典，「Les Teurons Premier Cru」「Les Greves Premier Cru」、「Les Bressandes Premier Cru」，這三個單一園酒款是酒莊在勃根地當地評價極高的三個一級園，加上平實的價格，相當精彩的高CP值好酒！

2008年的Les Teurons Premier Cru的柔媚的香料，豐富的味覺，甚至有香水般的優雅，酒感非常柔順，但尾韻扎實，非常有吸引力！BH甚至認為有能陳年的強大潛力！

Mild reduction cannot completely dampen the complex nose that evidences an appealing spice component before merging smoothly into rich, supple and delicious middle weight flavors that culminate in an austere and linear finish. This is presently borderline strict in character yet there is ample underlying material which should permit this to mature gracefully though I doubt that it will ever be a seductively textured effort.
